This Privacy Policy explains how MoneyMaker handles personal data when you browse the website, contact support, or purchase digital access.
1. Data controller and contact
MoneyMaker determines the purposes and means of the personal-data processing described here. Privacy requests may be sent to moneymaker.support@gmail.com.
2. Data we may collect
- Contact data: your email address and the content of messages you send.
- Transaction data: order reference, amount, currency, payment status, purchase date, refund status, and limited billing information supplied by the payment provider. MoneyMaker does not need to receive your full card number.
- Access data: information needed to provide and protect premium access, such as an access identifier, login event, or entitlement status.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, security logs, and server-request data.
- Cookie preferences: your choice to accept or reject optional cookies, when a consent tool is used.
3. Why we process data and legal bases
- To process an order, deliver access, provide support, and handle refunds or disputes: performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract.
- To meet tax, accounting, consumer-law, fraud-prevention, and regulatory duties: compliance with legal obligations.
- To secure the website, prevent abuse, maintain records, and improve reliability: legitimate interests, balanced against user rights.
- To use non-essential analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies: consent, where required.
- To send optional marketing communications: consent or another lawful basis permitted by applicable law, with an unsubscribe option.
4. Payment providers
Card and wallet payments may be processed by providers such as Stripe. They independently process payment credentials, identity-verification information, device data, and anti-fraud signals under their own privacy notices. MoneyMaker generally receives only the information needed to confirm the payment and manage the customer relationship.
5. Hosting and service providers
Personal data may be handled by hosting, domain, email, security, analytics, customer-support, and payment providers acting as processors or independent controllers. Providers receive only data reasonably required for their role and are expected to apply appropriate security and confidentiality measures.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected through an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism. Information about a specific provider’s safeguards may be requested by email.
7. Retention
Data is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes. Transaction and accounting records may be retained for the period required by tax and commercial law. Support correspondence is retained while needed to resolve the request and for a reasonable record-keeping period. Security logs are generally retained for a shorter period unless an incident requires further investigation. Consent records may be retained to demonstrate compliance.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. Requests may be sent to moneymaker.support@gmail.com. Identity verification may be required before a request is fulfilled.
9. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority in the country where you live, work, or believe an infringement occurred. Contacting MoneyMaker first may allow the issue to be resolved quickly, but it is not a condition for filing a complaint.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
Necessary technologies may be used to provide security, remember privacy choices, and maintain essential website functions. Optional analytics or advertising technologies will not be activated before valid consent where consent is legally required. Details appear in the Cookie Policy.
11. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, including encrypted connections where available, access controls, minimisation of collected data, and reliance on specialised payment processors. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, and users should protect their devices and access credentials.
12. Children
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. MoneyMaker does not knowingly collect personal data from children for the purpose of selling premium access.
13. Automated decision-making
MoneyMaker does not currently make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing. Payment providers may use automated fraud and risk systems under their own policies.
14. Changes
This Policy may be updated when services, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
