This Refund Policy applies to purchases of MoneyMaker digital access. It is intended to explain the process clearly while preserving all mandatory consumer rights.
1. Digital access
Premium access is digital and may be supplied immediately after successful payment. Before an immediate supply begins, customers may be asked to expressly request performance during the statutory withdrawal period and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the supply of digital content begins, where applicable law permits this.
2. Fourteen-day withdrawal right
Consumers in the European Union generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from many distance contracts. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right may be lost after supply begins only when the legally required conditions are met, including prior express consent to immediate performance and acknowledgment of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right.
3. When a refund may be available
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- Payment was taken but access was not supplied within a reasonable time.
- The digital content is materially defective, unavailable, or does not conform to the description and the issue cannot be corrected within a reasonable time.
- The transaction was unauthorised, subject to verification and the payment provider’s procedures.
- Applicable law gives you a refund or other remedy that cannot be excluded.
4. Change-of-mind requests after access
After immediate access has begun with the required consent and acknowledgment, a change-of-mind refund is generally not offered to the extent permitted by law. This rule is intended to protect digital content from being fully accessed and then returned. It does not apply where mandatory consumer law provides a remedy.
5. How to request a refund
Email moneymaker.support@gmail.com with the payment email address, order reference, purchase date, payment method, and a clear description of the issue. Do not send complete card details, passwords, or security codes.
6. Review and timing
Requests will be reviewed reasonably and may require confirmation from the payment provider. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on Stripe, the card network, and the customer’s bank.
7. Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact support before starting a chargeback so that genuine access or billing problems can be resolved. This does not remove any lawful right to dispute an unauthorised or incorrect transaction.
8. Content remedies
Where digital content is not in conformity, the customer may be entitled to have it brought into conformity, receive a proportionate price reduction, or terminate the contract, depending on applicable law and the seriousness of the issue.
