These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the MoneyMaker website, previews, premium analyses, digital materials, and related services. By using the website or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms.
1. About MoneyMaker
MoneyMaker provides educational business analyses, income-opportunity breakdowns, examples, planning frameworks, risk discussions, and action-oriented research. The service is digital and is supplied online. Customer support is available at moneymaker.support@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility and consumer status
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. When purchasing for personal purposes, you may qualify as a consumer and retain all mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. Nature of the service
The content is general educational information. It is not personalised financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, employment, gambling, or professional advice. MoneyMaker does not assess your financial circumstances, skills, risk tolerance, legal obligations, licensing needs, or local market conditions.
4. Premium access
Premium access is offered for the price displayed at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the advertised price is a one-time payment and not a recurring subscription. Access begins after successful payment and may be delivered through a protected webpage, account, download, email, or another clearly disclosed digital method.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment and access information and for keeping access credentials confidential. Access is personal, non-transferable, and may not be resold, shared publicly, scraped, mirrored, or used to create a competing content library.
5. Orders and payment
Prices and the principal characteristics of the digital content are displayed before purchase. Payments may be processed by independent payment providers such as Stripe. Their own terms and privacy notices may also apply. An order is accepted when payment is successfully authorised and access is made available, unless the transaction is later reversed, identified as fraudulent, or rejected by the payment provider.
6. Immediate digital supply and withdrawal
Where the law provides a 14-day withdrawal right for digital content, the checkout may ask you to expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that the withdrawal right is lost once supply begins. If you do not provide the legally required consent and acknowledgment, access may be delayed until the withdrawal period expires. Mandatory remedies remain available if the content is not supplied, is materially defective, or does not conform to the contract.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy. Any statement that a purchase is final applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not limit mandatory consumer remedies, chargeback rights, or rights relating to non-conforming digital content.
8. Acceptable use
You may use the content for your own lawful research and planning. You must not use the website to commit fraud, evade taxes or regulation, infringe third-party rights, manipulate payment systems, misuse promotions, breach platform rules, facilitate unlawful gambling, or engage in deceptive or harmful conduct. You must independently verify laws, licences, permits, taxes, contracts, platform terms, and industry requirements before acting.
9. Intellectual property
The website design, text, analyses, structure, original graphics, branding, and compilations are protected by intellectual-property laws. A purchase grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use. No ownership rights are transferred. Short quotations may be used only where legally permitted and with appropriate attribution.
10. No earnings guarantee
Examples, estimates, scenarios, prices, margins, demand figures, and revenue illustrations are not promises of results. Outcomes depend on execution, location, competition, timing, costs, taxes, regulation, customer demand, and many other factors. You may lose time or money. See the Disclaimer.
11. Availability and changes
MoneyMaker may correct errors, update analyses, modify presentation, add or remove material, and perform maintenance. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. Material changes affecting an existing paid entitlement will not be used to deprive customers of mandatory contractual rights.
12. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for payment reversal, fraud, security threats, unlawful use, systematic copying, public redistribution, account sharing, or material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, reasonable notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided.
13. Third-party services and links
The website may refer to third-party platforms, marketplaces, payment providers, software, businesses, or websites. References do not constitute endorsement or a guarantee of availability, legality, quality, or profitability. Third parties control their own services, prices, rules, and data practices.
14. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoneyMaker is not liable for business losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, indirect damage, third-party actions, regulatory consequences, or decisions made solely on the basis of general educational content. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, or mandatory consumer-protection rules.
15. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Greece, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their country of residence where those protections apply. The parties should first attempt to resolve concerns by contacting moneymaker.support@gmail.com. Consumers may also use any competent consumer-protection body or court available under applicable law.
17. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect legal, technical, or service changes. The effective date appears at the top of this page. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights already acquired under a completed purchase.
